I was invited to try their AWT (Acoustic Wave Therapy) and Accent Ultra V Treatments, and since I had an upcoming photo-shoot, the timing could not have been more perfect. AWT was originally used to breakdown kidney stones and treat muscle disorders, and since patients noticed an improvement in the texture of their skin and a reduction of fat cells and cellulite, it is now used as a cosmetic treatment.
The Accent Ultra V treatment is another non invasive fat reducing miracle. After a few treatments, the skin appears smoother and firmer, since it encourages the production of collagen. This can also be used on the face to tighten the neck and area below the chin.
The beauty therapist who carried out my treatment made me feel at ease straight away, with her friendly manner and expertise in this field. She quickly assessed my body, and fortunately said I did not have much cellulite to break down, but could do with a little tightening around the saddlebag area.
