This is how doctor Joshi explains his HOLISTIC DETOX: ” The food programme that you’re about to follow is not an alkane diet. It is a holistic metabolic detox that is designed to improve the functioning of your organs and your body’s metabolism. but because you undoubtedly consume too many acidic foods (everybody does), you need to cut the acid right back and increase the alkaline so that 70-75 % of what goes into your mouth is alkaline or alkaline-forming. “
“A good nutritional profile requires us to eat the right kind of foods: clean and pure and free from additives, preservatives and man-made chemicals. It also demands an intake of liquids that are equally clean and preserve free.”

NO ARTIFICIALLY PRODUCED FLAVOURINGS: TOMATO, KETCHUP, VINEGAR, MUSTARD ETC.
